You completed the Stripe onboarding flow, got redirected back to Subvert, and your dashboard still shows the "Connect Stripe" button as if nothing happened.
This usually means one of the following:
The redirect didn't complete cleanly. Sometimes the handoff between Stripe and Subvert gets interrupted by a browser extension, an ad blocker, or a slow connection. Try:
- Refreshing your Sales & Payouts dashboard
- Opening Subvert in a private/incognito window and signing in again
- Disabling any browser extensions that block redirects
Your Stripe account isn't fully verified yet. Stripe sometimes accepts your initial submission but flags the account for additional review. Until verification is complete, the connection may not register on Subvert's side. Check your Stripe dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com — if Stripe is asking for more information, complete those steps and the connection should activate.
You connected the wrong Stripe account. If you have multiple Stripe accounts (for example, one tied to an LLC and a personal one), the email or login you used during the Subvert onboarding may have pointed at the wrong account. Email us at info@subvert.fm and we'll reset the connection so you can try again.
If none of the above resolves it, email us at info@subvert.fm with:
- The country your Stripe account is registered in
- Whether you set up as an individual or a business
- The browser and device you used
