If your card was declined at checkout, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check your card details Make sure the card number, expiry date, and billing address are entered correctly.
Check with your bank Some banks flag unfamiliar or international transactions and decline them automatically. Contact your bank to confirm the charge isn't being blocked on their end, then try again.
Try a different card or payment method If you have another card available, try that. Subvert also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay at checkout if your device supports them.
Check your available balance Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit available for the transaction.
If your card continues to be declined after trying the above, contact us at info@subvert.fm with a description of the issue and we'll help where we can. Note that card declines are handled by Stripe and your bank - there are some situations that are outside our control to resolve directly.
