In some circumstances, Subvert may withhold a payout. If this happens, we'll notify you and explain the reason. Common reasons include:
A chargeback or payment dispute is pending If a buyer has disputed a transaction associated with your payout, we may hold the relevant amount until the dispute is resolved. Once resolved in your favor, the funds are released.
Account review If there's reason to believe an account has been involved in fraudulent activity, payouts may be withheld pending investigation. We'll contact you directly if this applies to your account.
A legal hold In rare cases, payouts may be subject to a legal hold or law enforcement request. We'll notify you where permitted by law.
