Once you've made sales on Subvert, your earnings sit in your account balance until you request a payout. Payouts are on demand - there's no automatic schedule, so you choose when to withdraw.
To request a payout:
- Sign in and click your artist name in the top navigation dropdown
- Select Dashboard
- Go to Sales & Payouts
- Check your Available for Payout balance
- Click Request Payout
Your earnings will be transferred to the bank account connected through Stripe.
A note on payout timing While there's no minimum payout amount, we recommend waiting until you have at least $25 in your balance before requesting a payout. Stripe charges the co-op a fee on each payout transfer, so waiting until you have a meaningful balance helps keep those costs down for everyone.
What's in your available balance Your balance reflects your sale proceeds after Stripe processing fees and any applicable Rights Reserve deductions. If you have no publisher declared, your Rights Reserve is returned to you and included in your available balance. If you have a publisher declared, the Rights Reserve is held separately and is not part of your available balance.
