If you're charging for a release, the minimum price is $1.00. This applies to both standard pricing and member pricing.
If you want to offer your release for free, you can set it to free - there's no minimum for free releases. You can also offer releases for free to co-op members only while keeping a paid price for everyone else.
There is no maximum price.
