If your content has been removed following a DMCA takedown notice, you'll receive an email from us explaining what happened and including a copy of the notice.
If you believe the removal was made in error You can submit a counter-notice to info@subvert.fm. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we'll forward it to the original complainant. If they don't file a court action within 10-14 business days, we'll restore your content.
Repeat notices Receiving three or more valid DMCA takedown notices - meaning notices not successfully resolved by a counter-notice - may result in account termination.
If you have questions about the process, email us at info@subvert.fm.
