Check your library Make sure the purchase is showing in your library at subvert.fm. If it's not there, check that you're signed in with the correct account email.
Try a different browser or device Some browser settings or extensions can interfere with downloads. Try a different browser or disable extensions and try again.
Check your available storage Make sure you have enough space on your device for the file - lossless formats (FLAC, WAV, AIFF) can be large.
The file appears corrupted If a downloaded file won't play or appears to be corrupted, try re-downloading it. If the problem persists across multiple downloads, contact us at info@subvert.fm - this may be a defect in the uploaded file and we'll follow up with the artist.
You completed a purchase but can't find it If you purchased without an account, your purchase may not be saved to a library. Check your receipt email for a download link. If you had an account but still can't find the purchase, contact us at info@subvert.fm with your order details.
