We recommend uploading in the highest quality format you have available. FLAC, WAV, and AIFF are all lossless formats - they preserve the full quality of your recording. MP3 is a compressed format and is supported, but uploading a lossless file gives your listeners the best possible download experience.
Whatever format you upload in, listeners will be able to download your music in any of the four formats when they purchase - so uploading lossless gives everyone the most options.
