Not through your supporter membership alone. To create an artist page, you need to be an Artist-Member of the co-op.
The good news is you can hold multiple membership classes at the same time. If you're a supporter who also makes music, you can apply to join as an artist without losing your supporter membership. Once approved as an artist, you'll be able to create your page.
