If your welcome package hasn't arrived, here are the most likely reasons.
You haven't claimed it yet (artists and labels only) For artist and label members, the welcome package isn't sent automatically - you need to claim it using the link in your welcome email. Supporter members receive their package as part of their membership without a separate claim step. If you're an artist or label and can't find your claim link, search your inbox for a message from Subvert or subvert.fm.
It's still on its way Shipping takes time, especially for international members. Domestic US shipments typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of claiming. International shipments may take longer depending on your location and local postal service.
It was returned to sender If your package was undeliverable and returned to us, we'll reach out. If you think this may have happened, contact us at info@subvert.fm with your name and mailing address and we'll sort it out.
Your address may have been entered incorrectly Double-check the address you submitted on the claim form. If it was wrong, email us at info@subvert.fm and we'll do our best to help.
If none of the above apply and it's been more than 3 weeks since you claimed your package, get in touch at info@subvert.fm and we'll look into it.
